We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, colours and details may vary slightly due to display differences. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
6. Pricing and Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable).
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post or other reputable carriers
- Standard delivery: usually 3-7 business days within Australia
- Express delivery: usually 1-3 business days within Australia
- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for deliveries delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
8. Refunds and Returns
Change of Mind:
We do not accept returns for change of mind on:
- Hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Cosmetic accessories
- Sale items
- Face wash fluff cuffs
Faulty or Misdescribed Products:
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
How to Return:
To request a return, please contact us at support@jobeautique.com.au with your order number and details. Returns must be posted by to us in original packaging (where possible). Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and your statutory rights, the ACL will apply.
10. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. You access third-party websites at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
