At JO Beautique, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and stress-free. Below are our shipping and return policies.

SHIPPING:

How much does domestic shipping cost?

  • Flat rate: $6.99 Australia-wide
  • Larger items: $6.99 + $9.99 per additional 1kg exceeding 1kg
  • Free shipping: Orders over $200

What is the estimated shipping time for domestic shipping?

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days (metro areas)

Please note: delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Where do you ship from?

  • All orders are shipped from Adelaide, South Australia.

Do you offer local pickup/click & collect?

  • No, we currently do not offer this option.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

What if my item was damaged upon arrival?

  • If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly provide a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund.
  • Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of your order.
  • JO Beautique covers the cost of return shipping for damaged or faulty items.

Can I exchange or return an item if I’ve changed my mind?

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition. 
  • Exceptions (cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons):
    • Hair accessories
    • Cosmetic accessories
    • Face wash fluff cuffs
    • Sale items

 

Important Notes

  • Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned items must be well-packaged; we cannot accept liability for items damaged during return shipping.
  • JO Beautique cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels returned via untracked/unregistered post.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australia Consumer Law (ACL). If your item is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of this policy.
