ORDERS & PAYMENTS:

How do I place an order?

  • Simply browse our online store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

 What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to help. Please contact us at support@jobeautique.com.au as soon as possible.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

How much is shipping within Australia?

  • Flat rate: $6.99 Australia-wide
  • Larger items: $6.99. + $9.99 per additional 1kg exceeding 1kg.
  • Free shipping on orders over $200

Where do you ship from?

  • All orders are shipped from Adelaide, South Australia.

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. 
  • Express delivery is 1-3 business days for most metro areas.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently, we only ship within Australia.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

What is your returns policy?

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns for change of mind are not accepted on hair accessories, cosmetic accessories, face wash fluff cuffs, or sale items (for hygiene and clearance reasons).
  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Who pays for return shipping?

  • For faulty or incorrect items, JO Beautique covers the return postage.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How long do refunds take?

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

PRODUCTS:

Are your hair accessories suitable for children?

  • Most of our hair accessories are designed for teens and adults. Please supervise younger children, as small parts may pose a choking hazard.

Do you restock sold-out products?

  • Some popular items are restocked regularly, while others are limited edition. 

How do I care for my cosmetic organisers?

  • Wipe down with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals to keep acrylic organisers crystal-clear.
